     The Santa Rosa News is a non-partisan website dedicated to the Citizens of Santa Rosa County, regardless of race, color, sex, creed, national origin, political affiliation or any other discriminatory classification. Our goal is to become the place for all of the Citizens of Santa Rosa County to gather and discuss what is going on in our County and how we can make it better. We will also serve as a clearinghouse for information and events provided by Santa Rosa County organizations.

     What are we not? We are not a place for discussions of National Interest. We are not a place for one-sided news stories. We are not a place for people to cast aspersions without an opportunity for the other side to respond.

     The Santa Rosa News is intended to be a place for folks to speak out on what they think and for others to respond. The opinions and materials expressed herein are those of the author and do not necessarily reflect those of the Santa Rosa News, it's staff, or directors. It is also not a place where we will censor what is posted unless it violates the rule of decency or propriety. If you see something here that you believe is wrong, respond to the person who drafted the message and set them straight. The only items that will be pulled are those that violate our general rules or are legally inappropriate.
